' ~ Contract #68-2001 <br />• Northen Blue, L.L.P. <br />The Contractor shall be compensated at the hourly rate set forth in this contract for <br />attendance at programs meetings and seminars relating to Social Services law, and for <br />anY training provided to the Deuartment's employees and shall be reimbursed for <br />lodging and transportation necessary for attendance at those programs. meetines, <br />seminars and~resentations. <br />The Contractor shall be reimbursed for the services of clerks and IeQal assistants hired to <br />assist the Contractor in the performance of the Contractor's duties to the County, and the <br />cost of faxing telephone copyins and postal expenses at a flat rate of $500.00/month. <br />Related costs and expenses advanced by the Contractor on behalf of the County shall be <br />reimbursed to Contractor. <br />The Contractor shall be reimbursed for the services of expert witnesses hired to assist the <br />Contractor in the,performance of the Contractor's duties to the County. <br />F.
