This being a $10.00 increase.'from last years $55.00 appropriation. B. That the Capital outlay Budget be set as follows: County Unit $ 425,000.00 Chapel Hill 'Unit $ 575-000-00 Total. Budget $15000,000.00 This figure is a $300,000.00 increase over last years Capital Outlay Budget. C. The total budget could be implemented with a tax rate of $1.16. Commissioner Ward offered a second to Commissioner Bennett's motion. Chairman Smith called for a vote on the motion and there were 5 ayes and no naves. The County Accountant was directed to prepare the necessary appropriation and tax levy resolutions so the Board might adopt the budget at this meeting.
