Contract for Custodial Services at New Emergency Services Center on
Meadowlands Drive
The Board considered approving a contract with OE Enterprises for custodial services at
the new Emergency Services Center on Meadowlands Drive, subject to final review by staff and
the County Attorney, and authorizing the Manager to sign.
Chair Jacobs highlighted that this is a contract with OE Enterprises. This was direction
that the Board gave to staff about five years ago. He would like a report on County work
provided by OE Enterprises. He thinks that this is a great thing that the County is doing.
A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Carey to
approve the proposed custodial service contract with OE Enterprises from September 8, 2008
through June 30, 2009, subject to final review by staff and the County Attorney, and authorize
the Manager to sign the contract document.
VOTE: UNANIMOUS
5.
