Michael Harvey: The purpose of my presentation is to review the basic information for <br /> the application, allow the applicant to make their presentation to the Board concerning the <br /> development of a private school at 711 Terry Road. As the Board is already aware, private <br /> elementary schools and secondary schools are allowed in the Orange County Zoning <br /> Ordinance based on the Class A Special Use Permit in accordance with Article 8 and specific <br /> standards as outlined in Section 8.8.30.
