For the purpose of the public 31 record, let it be made clear that the Planning Board has received all public comments that have been 32 submitted on the draft Plan and all comments have received thorough and equal consideration by the Board 33 during its review process. The Planning Board attended public hearings in May and August to hear public 34 comments, reviewed all written public comments submitted, and held meetings on July gin, August bin, 35 September 3~d, and September 10~n to discuss comments and develop proposed revisions for further 36 consideration by the Board of County Commissioners.. 37 38 Jay Bryan: Are there any comments? 39 40 Bernadette Pelissier: Yes, I like what is written here, I would like to make an addition because some the commen s 41 of the public are related more to the implementation of the phase and so an acknowledgement that some things were 42 .not incorporated because they are related to implementation. In other words, we should say that those types will be 43 forwarded to.the appropriate bodies as policies or ordinances are revised for consideration: so the public knows they 44 are not being ignored. 45 46 Craufurd Goodwin: I think that's a separate issue. I mean what we're ri th nkdwegneed to keep t atgs parat e That 47 look at material, not that we didn't respond to it in one way or another. 48 could be a separate issue the reason why we haven't accepted some suggestions made to us is because it should be 49 for the implementation. But here we're responding to essentially a charge of malfeasance so I think that we should 50 stick to that and say it's misstated. 51 52 Bernadette Pelissier: I'll change my mind, I think you're right, we should stick to the issue. 53 54 Jay Bryan: We don't have a quorum. 55
