262 Restoring the original first goal involves a few changes in the subsequent goals and objectives to take into account other changes in the Goals and Objectives made by the OUTBoard. It also involves renumbering the other goals, so that the OUTBoard Goal 1 becomes Goal 2, and so forth. The suggested changes to the Goals and Objectives cover pp. 9-29 through 9-34 of the OUTBoard document in the August 25 hearing.packet.
