Would either of the terms "dwelling units" or "housing <br />units" be more appropriate? <br />p.4-10, Figure 4-5 <br />Can figures for unincorporated Orange County also be presented? <br />p.4-10, Figure 4-6 <br />Clarify that figures are for County as whole, including municipalities <br />p.4- T 2, lines 39-42 <br />"Appropriate areas for future development to provide new housing that are proximate to schools, <br />employment centers, and needed commercial and social services, will need to be identified;..." <br />This is an interesting statement considering the fact that most of the services mentioned are located in OC <br />municipalities, some of which are surrounded by an urban growth boundary. It would be better if the <br />County were planning for all of'these things in conjunction with one another, rather than sequentially or . <br />in a reactionary fashion, as this language implies (i.e., wherever the services happen to be, that's where <br />we'll put the housing).
