At <br />minimum, state what professional consensus <br />is about the minimum housing and other <br />densities necessary to support public <br />transportation.) <br />The reduction of carbon emissions is an <br />inescapable imperative and the County must <br />actively encourage the transitio~a from <br />automobile depe~adence to alternative modes <br />of transportation and ride-sharing; <br />a-t~en~el~es.
