ABOUT THE POSITION <br />The County Attorney serves as the chief legal advisor to the Board of Commissioners and in doing <br />so is also responsible for providing sound, reasoned, and efficient legal services to all departments, <br />county o~cialS,-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />Responsibilities include planning, staffing and supervising legal needs of the County. This is a new <br />in-house position. Legal services to the County government in the past have been, via a contract <br />attorney.
