ISSUES FACING THIS POSITION <br />ESTABLISH AN IN-HOUSE LEGAL DEPARTMENT <br />The new attorney will have the opportunity to create and direct the County's first in- <br />house legal department. This will include all aspects of hiring and training staff, <br />developing and implementing a budget, and attendant operational and administrative <br />issues. It will include the supervision of the current staff attorney.
