44 <br />undeveloped, residentially zoned property owned by Mr. Keith Tilley if such property <br />was improved: Mr. Odell testified that: <br />a. Due to the increased traffic along Terry Road, as the result of the school's <br />development, the `marketability and as a result the market value of the subject <br />property, as improved, will be negatively affected' for Mr. Tilley's property; and <br />b. Due to the proposed location of the school buildings, as shown on the submitted <br />site plan, the visual impact on Mr. Tilley's property would be significant and <br />affect the marketability and market value of the lot. <br />3. The Board determined that, based on the testimony and written impact analysis prepared <br />by Mr. Odell, that sufficient evidence had been entered into the record showing how the <br />use would not maintain or enhance the value of adjacent property. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Orange County <br />Commissioners that the Special Use Permit Lisa Wallace /Case Number A-2-08 / 711 Terry <br />Road is denied. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner ,seconded by Commissioner , <br />the foregoing resolution was adopted this the day of , 2008. <br />I, Donna S.
