33 <br />ARTICLE 8 21 8 8.2.2 -APPLICATION COMPONENTS <br />~"Will" indicates compliance⢠"Will Not" indicates non -compliance) <br />FINDINGS <br />PIANNING BOARD <br />Findings: <br />EVIDENCE SUBMITTED <br />TO SUPPORT FINDINGS <br />Ordinance Requirements <br />In accordance with Article 8.2.1 <br />and 8.2.2 of the Zoning <br />Ordinance, the Planning Board <br />shall also consider the following <br />general conditions before the <br />application for a Special Use <br />can be approved: <br />ADMINISTRATION <br />RECOMMENDED <br />Findings: <br />Article 8.2.1 & 8.2.2 <br />1. The use will maintain or <br />promote the public health, <br />safety and general welfare, if <br />located where proposed and <br />developed and operated <br />according to the plan as <br />submitted. <br />X Will Will Not <br />The Planning Board voted <br />unanimously to make an <br />affirmative finding based on <br />the following: <br />The applicant provided <br />sufficient detail proving that <br />the proposed use will maintain <br />and promote the public health, <br />safety and general welfare and <br />that the application was <br />consistent with the standards <br />of the Ordinance. <br />While the Planning Board <br />understood and sympathized <br />with the concerns of the <br />adjacent property owners, the <br />anecdotal evidence provided <br />via sworn testimony at the <br />June 24, 2008 Public Hearing <br />and the various e-mailed <br />letters provided to Board <br />members, from adjacent <br />property owners did not <br />establish sufficient factual <br />evidence warranting the denial <br />of the application. <br />X Will Will Not <br />
