15 <br />PLANNING BOARD EVIDENCE SUBMITTED <br />FINDINGS Findings: TO SUPPORT FINDINGS <br />D1 b. Tree protection <br />measures shall be <br />installed and maintained <br />between all areas of <br />disturbance and trees to <br />be retained as shown on <br />the approved landscape <br />plan. A detail of the tree <br />protection barrier <br />proposed shall be <br />included as part of the <br />landscape plan <br />submitted with the <br />application; <br />x Yes No <br />The Planning Board voted <br />unanimously to make an <br />affirmative finding based on <br />the following: <br />The applicant testified that tree <br />protection fencing will be <br />provided along the edge of all <br />land clearing. The County will <br />review the fence location prior <br />to site clearing. <br />D1c. Corridors connecting <br />habitats identified in the <br />biological inventory shall <br />be preserved along <br />streams, buffers, or other <br />wooded areas.
