13 <br />PLANNING BOARD EVIDENCE SUBMITTED <br />FINDINGS Findings: TO SUPPORT FINDINGS <br />B4. Water Supply - <br />identification of public or <br />private utility source and <br />capacity of water supply or <br />identification of water source <br />through a water resource <br />study. <br />X Yes No <br />X Yes No <br />The Planning Board voted <br />unanimously to make an <br />affirmative finding based on <br />the following: <br />B5. Wastewater Treatment <br />Methods -provider and <br />capacity of wastewater <br />treatment source. <br />B6.
