95 <br />outlining the appropriate steps that will be taken to provide water service <br />to the remaining Districts prior to the recording of the Class A SUP <br />documents. <br />SEWER: <br />Sewer Collection will be supplied to the Project in a phased format consistent <br />with the District phasing outlined herein. <br />The following sewer improvements have been preliminary identified as being <br />necessary to support the Project: <br />District 1: <br />District I will be served with a temporary private pump station and force <br />main. The private line will discharge into the existing gravity sewer on the <br />west side of Buckhom Road. <br />District 11 <br />Development of District 11 will require the extension of the ten inch (10") <br />gravity line from the Gravely Hill pump station to the east side of the <br />property. <br />Sewer easements shall be obtained and this will be a public line. <br />Upgrade to the current GE pump station, north of 1 40/85 and off of <br />Industrial Drive, will most likely be required to accept this additional flow. <br />District III <br />Development of District III will require the extension of a force main from <br />the intersection of West Ten .and Buckhorn Road to the new Regional <br />Pump Station, and require an upgrade to the Gravely Hill Station. <br />Additional improvements to serve the Project may be required upon the <br />submission and review of comprehensive utility management plans by <br />Orange County and the City of Mebane. <br />Utilities shall be designed in accordance with City of Mebane Standards. <br />Any and all bonding of internal and external utility improvements shall be in <br />accordance with Section A of this document. <br />R — SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINES — PROVISION OF AFFORDABLE <br />HOUSING: <br />43 <br />
