REPORT F-7 as <br />contained within <br />Attachment Five <br />(5) of the record <br />(pages 537-554) <br />providing an <br />analysis of the <br />requested uses for <br />this project and <br />their consistency <br />with the existing <br />Economic <br />Development <br />District Design <br />Manual, <br />The project is <br />proposed to be <br />developed in an <br />existing Economic <br />Development District <br />where such project <br />are a permitted use <br />of property subject to <br />the approval of a <br />Planned <br />Development (PD) <br />master plan in <br />accordance with <br />Article Seven (7) of <br />the Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br />The <br />anticipated/probable <br />future land uses <br />within this area will <br />be non-residential in <br />nature and, as a <br />result, the <br />Administration finds <br />that the project is <br />consistent with the <br />overall vision and <br />anticipated land uses <br />for the area as <br />detailed within both <br />the Economic <br />
