<br />a. Preparation of a ma indicating formal and legally-binding <br />changes to Hillsborough's Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (EfJ}. The <br />starting point for discussion ghoul these changes shall be <br />recommendations in the November 206 Stra#ecic Growth Plan <br />Report. <br />b. Preparation of a mats indicating a jcinily agreed-upon boundary for <br />land that can be considered for future annexation by the Town of <br />Hillsborough. T'r,e starting point for discussion about this boundary <br />shall be the Annexation Boundary rcccmmended in the November <br />200b Strategic Growth Plan Report. <br />c. Preparation of a mars indicating, for areas outside Hillsborough's <br />new ETJ boundary but ~n~ithin the newly defined Future Annexation <br />Boundary, areas called "Proposed Hillsborough Services/Future <br />Annexation Area" in which Hillsborough's municipal land use <br />regulations as they may be jointly agreed upon, should be applied, <br />to two specific interest areas with delegation of authority to the <br />Town of Hillsborough for administering regulations in one area and <br />Orange County, fhe other. , <br />• d. Preparation of a mars indicating areas that are outside of <br />Hillsborough's jurisdictional interest (i.e., town Limits, ETJ, "Proposed <br />Hillsborough ServiceslFuture Annexation Area"}, which are part of <br />the Grange County/Town o€ Hillsborough peripheral Coordinated <br />Planning Area, where mechanisms will be established for courtesy <br />review and information-sharing as development proposals are <br />considered. <br />e_ Provisions specifying that, for areas identified as called for in item (c} <br />above, Grange County shall retain jurisdiction for land use <br />management and regulation, but shalt enact Hillsborough's zoning <br />regulations for application to those areas. <br />f.
