AFFIDAVIT <br />The undersigned has, this date, signed a lease ,with HILLSBOROUGH COMMONS <br />LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, for the occupancy of Unit No. 01, Hil/sborouah Commons <br />in Hillsborou4h, North Carolina. The Lease business terms were negotiated with <br />Shoppin4 Center Grouu, as a representative of Landlord. Except as expressly <br />provided in this Lease, (i) no representative, agent or employee of Landlord <br />represented, suggested, promised or implied that the undersigned would be given an <br />exclusive use in the Shopping Center for the operation of the business to be <br />conducted in the Demised Premises, or that Landlord would not lease space in the <br />Shopping Center to a competing or other County, (ii) no representative, agent or <br />employee of Landlord made any representations, inducements or promises about the <br />Demised Premises or the entry into the Lease, and (iii) no representative, agent or <br />employee of Landlord made any representations, inducements or promises about the <br />characteristics or conditions of or pertaining to the Demised Premises or the Shopping <br />Center.
