EI~TT C - AS IS CONDITION <br />County hereby acknowledges the Demised Premises has been previously occupied by another <br />Tenant and as a material consideration to this Lease, County shall accept possession of the <br />Demised Premises, subject to Landlord's maintenance obligations outlined elsewhere herein, in <br />an "as is" condition.
