4 <br />Compensation to DBBASICS will be at variable hourly rates in the range of $100 <br />to $120 per hour, depending upon the level of staff assigned by DBBasics to <br />OCIS requirements, not to exceed $26,880 through September 30, 2000. <br />Orange County will also compensate DBBasics for incidental and local travel <br />expenses. <br />Termination: <br />Either party for any reason may terminate this agreement with 15 days written <br />notice. <br />Notice: <br />Any communication regarding this agreement shall be made to the parties as <br />stated below: <br />For County: <br />Richard J.
