We are delighted to let you know that the Board of <br />Directors has approved funding for the Traveling Treasures. <br />Your total award for FY 1999-2000 is 10 226 the grant period will run <br />from September 1999 through June 2000. All funds must be spent by <br />June 30, 2000. The terms of the grant will be detailed in the contract <br />between the Orange County Public Library and the Partnership and will be <br />sent to you under separate cover. You will also receive information <br />outlining all reporting requirements and details on requesting funds for the <br />coming year. <br />Prior to contracting, we will need the following info,~nation: <br />1. Contracting information sheet <br />2. Previous year's audit report <br />3. ~ Conflict of Interest statement <br />In addition, you will also need to complete an evaluation plan within 30 <br />days of the grant start. An outline cf what is required is included with this <br />letter. Please contact, our program manager, if you need assistance with <br />completing the evaluation plan. <br />The Board had several concems regarding this grant that must be <br />addressed before we are able to contract with you for this project. Please <br />let us know in writing how you will address these issues. You must also <br />resubmit any parts of your proposal that are affected by these concems. <br />Latino services <br />• Your agency must describe its plan for addressing the needs of Latino <br />children and families.
