(See Attachmenf I for NCHFA Energy Standards) <br />- If the project fits well into the surrounding area in terms of building style, <br />design, and materials, 5 points will be awarded, <br />- (BONUS) If the project meets .the accessibility needs of persons -with <br />disabilities, 5 points will be awarded. <br />
