• <br />RESOLUTION <br />OF THE <br />ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />Date of Meeting: December 7, 1999 <br />Name of Subdivision: Old Meredith Place <br />Owner/Applicant: Steve Yuhasz, agent for Ryland Pool and Clarksville Jewelry by Ann, Inc <br />The Board of County Commissioners hereby approves Old Meredith Place subdivision <br />Preliminary Plat, dated July 1, 1999, revised on August 6, 1999, October 29, 1999 and November <br />23, 1999 and containing 601ots, subject to the fulfillment of requirements specified herein. <br />All roads shall be irrevocably .dedicated to the general public and be constructed to standards of <br />the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT). The approval of this resolution <br />authorizes and directs the Orange County Manager to accept for the County and on behalf of the <br />public generally, the offer of dedication of Meredith Drive, Pool Road, Lick Creek Road, Macon <br />Lane and Wiley Road. This acceptance of dedication to the general public shall be without <br />maintenance responsibility. These roads shall be maintained by the owner/applicant (Clarksville <br />• Jewelry by Ann, Inc. and Ryland Pool) until such time as they are accepted for maintenance by <br />NCDOT or some other governmental body. <br />Before the Final Plat of Old Meredith Place can be recorded: <br />A. Sewage Disposal <br />1. Each residential lot shall contain adequate areas for a well, and a conventionally- <br />sized septic disposal system and its associated repair area, approved by the <br />Orange County Division of Environmental Health. <br />2. Disclosure that the septic system location may restrict the size and location of <br />improvements. shall be included in a document describing development <br />restrictions to be recorded concurrently with the Final Plat. The document shall <br />also disclose that information regarding the tentative location of septic systems <br />and is available from the Orange County Health Department, Division of <br />Environmental Health.. <br />B. Roads and Access <br />1. Meredith.Drive, Pool Road, Macon Lane, Wiley Road and Lick Creek Road shall ', <br />• be constructed to NCDOT standards within a 50-foot right-of--way with 5' utility <br />easements on each side..
