2 <br />Criteria for Evaluating Possible Parkland Acquisition <br />(11/22 changes shown in italic) <br />Subject to approval by the Orange County Board of Commissioners, a system should <br />be developed to evaluate how well potential land acquisitions meet the goals and <br />objectives. A number of specific measures have been suggested both for the purchase <br />of property, and for the appropriateness of siting facilities.
