FY2001 Community Transportation Program (CTP) Grant Application <br />SECTION 3 10 <br />Northern Orange County Regional Park & Ride Lot - The 1995 Orange County <br />Transportation Priority List requested a park and ride lot north of the the town of <br />Hillsborough on NC 86 to reduce some of the traffic on Churton Street. The Board of <br />County Commissioners approved this designation as Northern Orange Countys' first <br />regional park and ride lot. Triangle Transit Authority had been requested and agreed to <br />market the lot and install signage designating it as a Regional Park and Ride Lot.
