4. VESTING <br />VESTING CAN BE BRIEFLY DEFINED AS A RIGHT A PROPERTY OR PROJECT HAS TO BE <br />SUBJECT TO A CERTAIN SET OF REGULATIONS BASED ON CERTAIN ACTIONS OR <br />APROVAL DATES. <br />ALT. A DEVELOPMENT THAT IS VESTED PRIOR TO THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE <br />IS EXEMPT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL FOR WHICH VESTED STATUS <br />ACHIEVED BY SUBDIVISION APPROVAL. <br />ALT.
