9z <br /> Sewer project, <br /> 4.The Orange <br /> County Water and <br /> Sewer <br /> Management <br /> Planning and <br /> Boundary <br /> Agreement <br /> (WSMPBA) <br /> indicating that this <br /> area is intended to <br /> be served by <br /> public water and/or <br /> sewer. <br /> The applicant is not <br /> required to <br /> demonstrate that this <br /> project will not <br /> require additional <br /> upgrades to existing <br /> water/sewer <br /> infrastructure to <br /> support future, <br /> unknown, <br /> development. <br /> The applicant is <br /> required to provide <br /> sufFcient <br /> documentation that <br /> the proposed project <br /> can be supported by <br /> - existing systems or <br /> that they accept the <br /> responsibility for <br /> making any and all <br /> improvements as <br /> required by the <br /> County and/or the <br /> appropriate public <br /> utility provider. <br /> Further, <br /> Administration makes <br /> a recommendation <br /> for an affirmative <br /> finding as no formal <br /> evidence was <br /> presented to refute <br /> the testimony or <br /> evidence entered into <br /> the record concerning <br /> this matter. <br />
