'72. <br />j. The developer shall install a transit shelter at the two (2) transit stops (bus pullouts) within <br />the development, <br />k. All traffic directional signage shall be installed at this time as well including, but not <br />limited to: <br />i. Stop signs, <br />ii. Yield signs, <br />iii. Bus parking and unloading informational signs, <br />iv. Lane ends, Merge signs, <br />v. Caution Pedestrian Traffic -Yield Signs, <br />vi. Traffic safety signs designed to direct construction traffic throughout the site, <br />vii. Traffic warning signs indicating the location of private driveways and forbidding public <br />access to the various properties, <br />viii. Through traffic signs, <br />ix.
