~~ <br />ii. The minimum tree planting area shall be nine (9) feet by eighteen (18) feet except <br />where tree grates are provided. In these cases, the minimum plating area shall be <br />sixty-four (64) square feet in area by two (2) feet in depth, <br />iii. Where proposed parking lots and drives abut interior property lines, the ten (10) foot <br />required landscape area may be split among the two (2) adjoining property owners. <br />i. Screening of parking areas along the perimeter boundary of the project shall maintain a <br />minimum tree spacing of sixty (60) feet and provide the required thirty-six inch (36") <br />screening, required to be a minimum of twenty-four inches (24") at initial planting, <br />adjacent to proposed parking spaces. <br />
