Setbacks for this development shall in accordance with all applicable County standards in <br />addition to the following: <br />Setback from <br />Internal Properly <br />Line Freestanding <br />building/structure In-line building Signs, Storage, <br />Vehicular use <br />areas, <br />Front 10 feet 1 foot Zero <br />Side 10 feet Zero Zero <br />Rear 10 feet 1 foot Zero <br />When proposed use is adjacent to common owned property such as a private street, alley, and <br />parking area and developer can demonstrate on a site specific development plan that such <br />setbacks shall not create a public safety hazard.
