Per the Transportation Impact Analysis (TIA) this development will generate a total of approximately <br />45,938 daily vehicle trips, with 60,691 weekend trips. Development within the BVPD shall be <br />limited to the following square footages/seats to ensure proper traffic flow for the project as defined <br />within the TIA.: <br />1. RetaiUTown Center (District II) <br />2. Retail -Large (District 1) <br />3. Hotels (District II and III) <br />4. Theaters (indoors/outdoors) <br />5. Retail -Large (District III) <br />6. Residential (District II and III) <br />353,000 square feet <br />185,000 square feet <br />200 rooms <br />500 seats <br />437,000 square feet <br />200 units <br />The total developed site will contain a maximum 1.144 million square feet of building footprint. <br />Within the entire development there will be a maximum of three (3) hotels, two (2) <br />service/convenience stations and two (2) theater/entertainment centers. <br />The developer shall be allowed to convert retail space, as detailed above, into additional residential <br />units, theater seats, or hotel rooms so long as adherence to this table is demonstrated through the <br />submission of a site specific development plan prosing the conversion and so long as the estimated <br />traffic generation does not exceed the limited identified herein.
