Services excluding Motels <br /> and Hotels, <br /> as detailed herein but shall not <br /> include those uses listed within the: <br /> 1. Transportation, <br /> Communications, and Utilities <br /> and ' <br /> 2. Other Uses <br /> categories that are deemed necessary <br /> to support, or provide ancillary <br /> amenities to, the development of the <br /> District. <br /> The applicant requests that the <br /> condition be modified, as requested, <br /> for all of the District standards. cases <br /> where it may not be practical to park <br /> and go inside the business. <br />
