~~ <br />CONDIfiION(S) FIVE, SIX, AND SEVEN -DEVELOPMENT LIlVIITATIONS (Formerly listed <br />under Section 2-2-1 through 2-2-3 of Staff recommended conditions -June 3, 2008 BOCC abstract <br />-Attachment 3A) <br />5. Development within District One (1) shall be limited to the following: <br />a. A maximum of two (2) free-standing buildings supporting separate, independent, Retail Trade <br />operations, as outlined herein, totaling no more than one hundred sizty thousand (160,000) <br />square feet floor of building footprint. <br />b. A maximum of two (2) free-standing buildings supporting multiple land uses including those <br />uses previously identified within the following categories: <br />1. Agricultural, Forestry and Fishing <br />2. Manufacturing, Assembly, and Processing <br />3. Retail Trade, and <br />4. Services excluding Motels and Hotels, <br />These two (2) multi-tenant buildings shall be limited to a total of twenty-five thousand <br />(25,000) square feet of building footprint. <br />c. Development of any and all Land Uses within District I shall be limited to a total of one hundred <br />eighty five thousand (185,000) square feet of building footprint including any and all accessory <br />structures deemed by the County as necessary to support the proposed operation not to include <br />those uses listed within the: <br />1. Transportation, Communications, and Utilities and <br />2. Other Uses <br />categories that are deemed necessary to support, or provide ancillary amenities to, the <br />development of the District. <br />6. Development within District II shall be limited to the following: <br />a. A maximum of Thirteen (13) free-standing buildings, or buildings connected through a court <br />yard or plaza, supporting multiple land uses on single or multiple floors, including those uses <br />previously identified within the following categories: <br />1. Residential Dwelling, Multi-family limited to apartment or condominium units located <br />over other permitted uses in multi-tenant buildings, <br />2. Manufacturing, Assembly, and Processing, <br />3. Retail Trade, <br />4. Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate and <br />5. Services excluding Hotels and Motels. <br />Total cumulative building footprint for these structures shall be limited to three hundred <br />thousand (300,000) square feet. <br />Residential Dwelling, Multi-family uses shall be limited to a total of two hundred (200) units <br />within District lI with a minimum requirement of fifty (50) units to be developed within <br />District II. <br />
