~~ <br />CONDITION TWO - REGUALTIONS GOVERNIlVG DEVELOPMENT OF PROJECT <br />(Formerly listed under Section 1-1 Introduction of Staff recommended conditions -June 3, 2008 <br />BOCC abstract -Attachment 3A) <br />2. Any and all development within the Buckhorn Village Planned Development -Economic <br />Development District (hereafter `BVPD-ED') shall be required to demonstrate compliance with: <br />a. The Orange County Zoning Ordinance (hereafter `Ordinance') including Section 6.29.3 <br />Economic Development Districts Design Manual, <br />b.The Approved BVPD-ED Master Plan including any and all renderings, construction <br />drawings, and architectural drawings contained within the BVPD-ED application, <br />c. The various standards and conditions contained herein, and <br />d.Any and all applicable Orange County, State or Federal regulations. <br />The approved master plan and Special Use Permit (hereafter 'SUP') contains development criteria <br />and design standards that are singularly applicable to development on the subject property.
