~~ <br />ATTACIIlVLIINT THREE B (3B) RECOMaVIENDED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: <br />The following is a list of the various conditions that have been recommended for approval associated with <br />the Buckhorn Village Planned Development (hereafter `BVPD') project. These conditions have been <br />rearranged from previous formats to allow for an easier comprehension and flow of the various <br />conditions. <br />Below each condition is a table/matrix outlining the original number of the condition as detailed within <br />the June 3, 2008 BOCC abstract (refer to Attachment 3A in the small notebook), any and all applicable <br />staff/advisory board comment as well as comments from the applicant. In, those instances where the <br />applicant has a concern, or is unwilling to accept the condition, detailed note have been provided to <br />outlining the developer's concerns for your review and edification. <br />CONDITION ONE -LOCATION OF PROJECT (Formerly listed under Section 1-2 Project Size <br />and Location of Staff recommended conditions -June 3, 2008 BOCC abstract -Attachment 3A) <br />1. The BVPD project, as approved, shall be limited in terms of its development to the various properties <br />identified within the approved master plan, specifically: <br />a. A one hundred ten (110) acre tract of land identified as 508 Buckhorn Road. (TMBL 3.28..20 <br />/ PIl~T 9834-561587), <br />b.A seventeen (17) acre tract of land also identified as 508 Buckhorn Road (TMBL 3.28..20C / <br />PIN 9834-47-5147), <br />c.A one (1) acre parcel of property that is located west of the two (2) previously identified <br />properties, listed as 527 Buckhorn Road (TMBL 3.28..13 /PINT 9834-36-4223), and <br />d.A two (2) acre parcel of property along West Ten Road, adjacent to the previously identified <br />one hundred ten (110) acre tract of land (TMBL 3.28..57C /PIN 9834-54-1735) <br />This condition shall not be construed as prohibiting the recombination of these various properties into <br />a single lot.
