ATTACHIVVHIINT THREE A (3A) -RESOLUTION OF REZONING APPROVAL: <br />RESOLUTION <br />OF THE <br />ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMIVHSSIONERS <br />TO APPROVE AN ORDINANCE FOR A ZONING ATLAS AMENDMENT <br />FOR A <br />PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PETITION OF <br />BUCI~IHORN ROAD ASSOCAITES LLC <br />(PD-Ol-08) <br />Date: <br />Applicant/Owner: Buckhorn Road Associates LLC <br />The Board of County Commissioners for Orange County (hereafter "BOCC" or "Board") herby <br />approves an Application For Amendment (the "Application") to the Orange County Zoning <br />Ordinance (the "Ordinance") and the Orange County Zoning Atlas (the "Atlas"), submitted by <br />Buckhorn Road Associates LLC, (the "Applicant") to amend the Ordinance and Atlas by <br />rezoning those certain parcels of property described more fully below: <br />FROM: Economic Development District (I-85Buckhron Road EDD) and/or Rural <br />Residential One (R-1) <br />TO: Buckhorn Village Planned Development -Economic Development <br />District (BVPD-ED). <br />The parcels affected by the Application are located at the intersection of Buckhom Road (SR <br />1114) and West Ten Road (SR 1144) being further identified as in the Orange County Land <br />Records Office as follows: <br />1. A one hundred ten (110) acre tract of land identified as 508 Buckhom Road (TMBL <br />3.28..20 /PIN 9834-561587), <br />2. A seventeen (17) .acre tract of land also identified as 508 Buckhorn Road (TMBL <br />3.28..20C /PIN 9834-47-5147), <br />3. A one (1) acre parcel of property that is located west of the two (2) previously identified <br />properties, listed as 527 Buckhorn Road (TMBL 3.28..13 /PIN 9834-36-4223), and <br />4. A two (2) acre parcel of property along West Ten Road, adjacent to the previously <br />identified one hundred ten (110) acre tract of land (TMBL 3.28..57C /PIN 9834-54- <br />1735) <br />These parcels shall be referred to herein collectively as the "Property" or "property".
