Foushee, and Alice M. Gordon <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Mike Nelson <br />COUNTY ATTORNEYS PRESENT: Geoffrey Gledhill <br />COUNTY STAFF PRESENT: County Manager Laura Blackmon and Assistant County <br />Managers Gwen Harvey and Willie Best and Clerk to the Board Donna S.
