We love this area and <br />most importantly to us, our home. This is our retirement home and it is our hope there will be no drastic <br />changes to this area. <br />After reviewing the site plan, Orange County NC Ordinance chapter 50 Zoniing and section 232 special use, <br />it would be difficult for us to understand how the Special Use Permit could be granted to the Applicants. <br />The most obvious things to us is the close proximity of the large buildings to residential properties and the <br />loss of harmony for the area; the traffic control problem on the small two lane Terry Road'snd the hazardous <br />conditions that will certainly ensue. <br />It is not our intention to try and tell you your jobs; we just want to go on record as opposing the Montessori <br />Farm School, because they obviously do not meet the prerequisites to be granted the permit. <br />Would you please include this letter along with any other information you may have, to the Orange County <br />Planning Board and Orange County Commissioners, for their review of the Montessori Farm Schools <br />application for a Class A Special Use permit. <br />Sincerely, <br />Willard C.
