29 <br />ARTICLE 8.2.4 -SPECIFIC STANDARDS/ALL SPECIAL USES <br />("Yes" indicates complianceā¢ "No" indicates non compliance) (continued) <br />PLANNING BOARD EVIDENCE SUBMITTED <br />FINDINGS Findings: TO SUPPORT FINDINGS <br />Article 8.2.4 requires the <br />applicant to address the <br />following: <br />a) Method and adequacy of x Yes <br />provision for. sewage disposal <br />facilities, solid waste and water <br />service. <br />No The Planning Board voted <br />unanimously to make an <br />affirmative finding based on <br />the following: <br />Sewage disposal shall be <br />handled through a proposed <br />individual septic tank system <br />installed on the property. <br />Designed to a capacity of <br />1,110 gallons a day. <br />On April 21, 2008 the Orange <br />County Health Department <br />issued a memorandum <br />indicating that there is <br />sufficient land are on the <br />property to support the <br />required system but that the <br />area designated on the site <br />plan was of insufficient size. <br />The Health Department has <br />requested that the site plan be <br />modified to show a both an <br />active and repair area for the <br />septic system to be <br />approximately 22,000 to <br />27,000 square feet in area. <br />A recommended condition on <br />the approval of the SUP <br />request is that a final <br />application be made to the <br />Health Department allowing for <br />this use with a revised site <br />plan denting the property <br />active, and repair, septic field <br />configuration. <br />ADMINISTRATION <br />RECOMMENDED <br />Findings: <br />x Yes No <br />
