25 <br />ARTICLE 5 -DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS ("Yes" indicates complianceā¢ "No" indicates non ~ompliance~ <br />PLANNING BOARD EVIDENCE SUBMITTED ADMINISTRATION <br />FINDINGS Findings: TO SUPPORT FINDINGS RECOMMENDED <br />Findings: <br />Ordinance Requirements: <br />As required under Section <br />8.8.30, the applicant is <br />demonstrate compliance with <br />Articles Five (5) and Six (6) of <br />the Ordinance, specifically <br />addressing issues over lot size, <br />setbacks, and land use <br />intensity. <br />Artice 5 lists standards for <br />minimum lot size, lot width, <br />front, side and rear setbacks, <br />maximum building height and <br />lot coverage, and development <br />intensity. <br />The applicant has applied for a <br />Special Use Permit on property <br />zoned Agricultural Residential. <br />The standards for the AR <br />district are set forth in Article <br />5.1.2 and are as follows: <br />a) Minimum lot area per use x Yes No The Planning Board voted x Yes No <br />40,000 sq. ft. unanimously to make an <br /> affirmative finding based on <br /> the following: <br /> As detailed within the <br /> application, the lot is 14.86 <br /> acres in area. <br />b) Minimum lot width - 150 ft. x Yes No The Planning Board voted x Yes No <br /> unanimously to make an <br /> affirmative finding based on <br /> the following: <br /> As detailed within the <br /> application the lot is <br /> approximately one hundred <br /> fifty (150) feet in width along <br /> Teny Road. <br />c) Required front setback - 40 ft. x Yes No The Planning Board voted x Yes No <br /> unanimously to make an <br /> affirmative finding based on <br /> the following: <br />As detailed within the <br />application all proposed <br />structures shall meet the front <br />yard setback as shown on the <br />submitted site plan <br />
