22 <br />PLANNING BOARD EVIDENCE SUBMITTED <br />FINDINGS Findings: TO SUPPORT FINDINGS <br />m) Maintenance of <br />Improvements <br />All site improvements such as <br />roads, utilities (including <br />irrigation and drainage <br />structures), habitat <br />enhancements, recreational <br />amenities, signage, <br />landscaping, open space, etc. <br />will be maintained in function <br />and appearance.
