16 <br />PLANNING BOARD EVIDENCE SUBMITTED <br />FINDINGS Findings: TO SUPPORT FINDINGS <br />C3. Conservation <br />easements or other <br />acceptable means such <br />as dedication to a public <br />agency, conservancy or <br />a similar agency are <br />required to protect <br />wetlands and other <br />habitats while insuring <br />proper long-term <br />maintenance; and <br />X Not Applicable <br />The Planning Board voted <br />unanimously to make a finding <br />indicating that this item is not <br />applicable based on staffs <br />testimony, specifically the <br />Zoning Enforcement Officer, <br />and memorandum from ERCD <br />Staff indicating that there are <br />no wetlands on the property <br />requiring the imposition of a <br />conservation easement <br />C4.
