LT Joseph informs <br />OCRS what standards the assessment would be based on. No response from <br />Chief Matthews or OCRS. <br />07/15/08: LT Joseph contacted by Cliff Cates via e-mail advising that he <br />would be assisting Chief Matthews with the assessment. <br />07/16/08: LT Joseph requests a meeting with Chief Matthews via e-mail (6 <br />dates offered); no response. <br />07/17/08: LT Joseph requests a meeting with Chief Matthews via e-mail (6 <br />dates offered); no response. <br />07/17/08: LT Joseph requests via e-mail delivery of department bylaws, <br />SOPS and training requirements to the requested meeting; no response. <br />07/21/08: LT requests a meeting via e-mail (9 dates offered); meeting agreed <br />upon for the 24th of July by Chief Matthews. <br />07/24/08: Meeting takes place at Emergency Services headquarters. <br />Attendees include: Dan Seip, David Silfen, Cliff Cates, Brian Matthews and <br />Jamie Joseph. Incomplete documentation is delivered by OCRS. <br />07/28/08: Chief Matthews' self - mandated document deadline from July 24`h <br />meeting. Chief Matthews advised that he would present the requested <br />documents no later than the morning of the 28th. No information received. <br />
