Churton Street. <br />o December 24, 2007: Cardiac arrest to 4406 Kerley Road. <br />o December 31, 2007: Sick call at assisted living home to 1911 <br />Orange Grove Road based on "scanning calls ". <br />o January 04, 2008: Auto accident with injury to Eubanks Road and <br />Old NC 86. <br />o February 05, 2008: Head ache at 261 S. Churton Street. <br />o February 16, 2008: Fall at 3401 Alice Street. <br />o February 02, 2008: Responded to assist with lifting a patient at <br />3401 Alice Street. No request came through communications, nor <br />was the rescue squad initially dispatched to this call. <br />o February 22, 2008: Responded to an auto accident with injury at <br />Compton Road and NC 86 N. They were not sent on the initial <br />dispatch because the criteria did not meet the dispatch need for <br />rescue. <br />o March 15, 2008: Motor vehicle accident with reported no injuries to <br />1 -85. <br />o March 30, 2008: Motor vehicle accident with injuries at 1500 <br />Lawrence Road. <br />The following are examples of unsafe, and inappropriate actions or behavior that I <br />have witnessed. <br />• May 2008: On more than three occasions, I was shown the equipment of <br />the heavy rescue squad by different members of the OCRS. I asked <br />specific questions of the members regarding equipment location, tool <br />capacities and capabilities. It is obvious from their responses that they <br />5 <br />
