<br />Name: Eleanor Matthews Page 8 <br />Address: 4502 Mill Creek Rd. <br />City: Cedar Grove. N.C. 27231 <br />Date: July 24, 2008 <br />MASTER BEDROOM: <br />Remove the bi-fold doors and hardware. Install a new 1 3/8" wood <br />closet door to match the bedroom door. Install door stop, hinges and <br />passage lockset. New door to open, close and lock properly. Stain <br />the door to match as close as possible to the bedroom door. <br />Z. Install Jamb-up weather-stripping on the side door frame. <br />Consult Rehabilitation Specialist for proper weather-stripping. <br />The color of metal trim to be white. <br />INTERIOR PAINTING: <br />1. Prepare all interior walls and trim for paint. Wash the walls and trim <br />using a mixture of bleach, 409 cleaner and warm water. Fill all nail holes <br />filler, repair any damaged walls areas with sheetrock filler. Sand all filler <br />smooth. Note: Rehabilitation Specialist to inspect walls and trim before <br />painting begins. Apply an oil based primer to all trim before finish coat <br />is applied. Paint the walls with flat latex paint. Paint the trim (Casing, <br />window trim, baseboard etc with semi-gloss latex paint. All paint to <br />cover completely. Note: All items left in rooms shall be covered with <br />poly before painting begins. <br />2. Install three inch crown molding in all rooms. Note: Walls less than <br />sixteen feet (16) shall be installed in one piece. All molding to be properly <br />installed. Install trim using 8 penny finish nails. Set nails and fill properly. <br />Prime new trim with an oil based primer. Pre-primed molding is <br />acceptable. All joints to be sanded smooth before painting. Paint <br />crowning molding with semi-gloss latex paint. All paint to cover <br />completely. <br />HARDWOOD FLOORS: <br />1. Clean all hardwood floors using a wood floor cleaner. Lightly sand <br />all rough areas with 100 grit sand paper. Apply two coats of <br />polyurethane. _ <br />
