(Marshal Valuation <br /> Service as applied) <br /> Industrial Properties: <br /> Manufacturing Plants, Storage and Warehousing <br /> Facilities, and all other improvements <br /> including yard improvements generally <br /> associated with industrial uses. <br /> To be valued in accordance with the Commercial <br /> and Industrial Cost Schedule. (Marshal Valuation <br /> Service as applied) <br /> Comments: The schedules of values included or referenced in <br /> this manual have been adopted in compliance with the <br /> pertinent provisions of the Machinery Act of North Carolina <br /> and are incorporated herein by reference.
