The different types of <br /> property anticipated to be appraised include but are not <br /> limited to the following: <br /> Vacant Lots: Residential, Commercial, Rural, etc. <br /> To be valued in accordance with the land value <br /> schedules of this manual. <br /> Vacant Land (Acreage Tracts) : Commercial, Industrial, <br /> Agricultural, Forestland, and other vacant tracts. <br /> To be valued in accordance with the land value <br /> schedules (including "use value" schedules <br /> where applicable) . <br /> Improved Land: All Types <br /> To be valued in accordance with the appropriate <br /> land value schedule, as noted above. <br /> Residential Improvements: All Types. <br /> To be valued in accordance with the residential <br /> schedule and depreciation guidelines. <br /> Farm Buildings and Improvements: All Types. <br /> To be valued in accordance with the <br /> Residential and Farm Cost Schedule. <br />
