Electrical: <br /> Below average quality fixtures with minimum outlets <br /> throughout the dwelling. Porches, Patios, Landings and Wood <br /> Decks: <br /> None included in base cost of the dwelling structure. <br /> Other Building Items: <br /> None included in the base cost of the dwelling. <br /> *Note: Five (5) fixtures are included in base price - Add <br /> or deduct for more or less. <br /> GRADE "E" DWELLINGS <br /> Grade "E" includes those structures which utilize a bare <br /> minimum quality material and/or workmanship and most often <br /> are of a box-like shape with no extra design factors. <br /> The interior features encompass only the bare necessities <br /> physically necessary for the occupant's living area. Any <br /> cabinets or work-counters provided are usually of a cheaply <br /> constructed "set in place" or homemade type and may or may <br /> not be fitted to space provided. The door, window, and wall <br /> trim are made of cheap, low quality material, and low <br /> quality workmanship. <br /> The bare minimum quality and quantity of plumbing fixtures, <br /> lighting fixtures, door hardware and/or window are provided. <br /> The number of electrical outlets is less than adequate with <br /> no convenience outlets. <br /> The exterior design and interior floor plan are very plain. <br /> The rooms are generally small, closet space is very limited <br /> and in some instances nonexistent.
