The exterior design and floor plan is most often selected <br /> from basic plans being used by the contractor during the <br /> period of construction. In the newer developments, the same <br /> architectural design may be repeated periodically throughout <br /> the area. <br /> This type dwelling includes the design, materials and other <br /> features being utilized by building contractors as buyers <br /> during the period of construction. <br /> Material Quality, Construction and Design: <br /> Average quality materials utilized throughout, good <br /> workmanship. <br /> Foundation: <br /> Concrete footings, poured concrete and/or masonry wall <br /> construction. <br /> Exterior Walls: <br /> 1. Wood frame or equivalent with average quality exterior <br /> wood siding or equivalent over sheathing. <br /> 2. Wood frame or equivalent, sheathed with average quality <br /> brick veneer exterior walls. <br /> 3. Masonry, stuccoed. . .average quality. <br /> 4.
