GRADE "A" DWELLINGS <br /> High grade residences, usually of individual design. These <br /> structures often employ the best grade materials normally <br /> carried as standard stock items by building suppliers. <br /> Workmanship is of high quality throughout. <br /> In most instances there will be special features over and <br /> above those found in the good grade houses but slightly less <br /> elaborate in quality and/or quantity than those found in <br /> most expensive residences. <br /> The quality of hardware, lighting fixtures and plumbing <br /> fixtures will be of high grade stock items with special <br /> items such as elaborate fireplace facings and/or intercom <br /> systems, special bathroom fixtures of facings or other <br /> special features which are uncommon to the good standard <br /> residential construction. <br /> Appointments and features are a combination of the most <br /> expensive and the upper range of the good grade residences. <br /> Material Quality, Construction and Design: <br /> High quality materials utilized throughout, skilled <br /> workmanship, architect designed. <br /> Foundation: <br /> Reinforced concrete footings, poured reinforced concrete <br /> and/or masonry wall construction. <br /> Exterior Walls: <br /> 1. Wood frame or equivalent with high quality exterior wood <br /> siding or equivalent over good sheathing. <br /> 2. Wood frame or equivalent, sheathed with good to <br /> excellent quality brick veneer exterior walls. <br /> 3. Masonry, stuccoed. . .high quality. <br /> 4.
